2A
Bedroom 1 (in apt 2A) has 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, dormer with view of river sunsets, closet and full bathroom.
Large living room/dining room has an 8 seat banquet table (table expansion inserts are in bedroom closet) and a dormer with a full size bed and a privacy curtain. We are trying to get the room to be classified as a bedroom so we can accommodate 8 guests in this apartment. Window meets egress requirements.
Kitchen has a breakfast nook dormer with a table for two overlooking the river.

2B
Bedroom 2 (in apt 2B) has a king size bed, full bathroom, closet, and great view of pastures and indoor horse riding arena.
Family room has a Floor matress, a long comfortable couch, view of indoor riding arena, and TV. This room has a full size bed but the window does not meet egress code for a "bedroom" so we do not market it as one. The bed makes a great couch for tv viewing.
Sitting Room in dormer with beautiful view of pastures and river. The perfect place to curl up with a good book.
Apt 2 is on the second floor of the living area inside the equestrian center.
